Psychotherapy Northwest

A therapist who meets you where you are.

I am passionate about supporting individuals in navigating life’s complexities and finding peace in their relationship to food, their bodies, and themselves. I provide expert clinical care grounded in autonomy and respect for all bodies that supports your healing and self-understanding.

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating patterns that may not fit neatly into a diagnosis but still cause significant distress. I also work extensively with individuals struggling with body image concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, and the emotional overwhelm that can make it difficult to fully engage in life.

Therapy with me is deeply relational and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and values. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported — a space that encourages curiosity, growth, and lasting change. Alongside eating disorder treatment, I enjoy helping individuals move toward greater freedom from anxiety, depression, and trauma so they can spend more time living in alignment with what matters most to them.

EXPERT CARE

EXPERT CARE

Comprehensive experience treating eating disorders across diagnoses, levels of severity, identities, and life stages. Care is grounded in current research, ongoing professional training, and a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and neurobiological aspects of eating disorders.

Specialized Expertise in Eating Disorders

A warm, nonjudgmental approach that honors all bodies and recognizes the impact of culture, family systems, trauma, and societal pressures on mental health, food, and body image. Treatment is identity-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in respect and collaboration.

Compassionate, Weight-Inclusive Care

Therapy focuses on lasting healing rather than rigid rules or quick fixes. Clients are supported in building insight, creating meaningful behavioral change, and developing a more peaceful relationship with food, their body, and themselves.

Meaningful, Sustainable Recovery

A collaborative therapeutic style that balances accountability with empathy while honoring each client’s values, goals, and autonomy. Care is tailored to support both high-functioning individuals and those experiencing significant distress, with attention to co-occurring anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and mood concerns.
